Stir, and let simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Finish it off with some lemon juice, pecorino romano, and/or parmesan cheese.
Step 6:
Add some sauce to the bottom of the pan.
Step 7:
Add chicken and mushrooms back to the sauce batch and stir a bit.
Step 8:
Boil lasagna rolls in a pot and boil; be sure to slightly undercook them because they will be placed back in the oven for a full cook.
You can also start the boiling noodle process at any time.
Step 9:
Place lasagna noodles on a baking sheet and add the sauce mix to the middle of the noodles. Roll the noodles and place them side by side in the pan.
Once lasagna rolls are in pan cover it with the sauce and top it off with mozzarella cheese, cover it with foil, and bake in the oven on 350 degrees for about 12 mins. Then Broil for two to four minutes until it’s golden top and it’s ready to go cheers 🥂
